The Packers played well for a half and took a 17-13 lead into the break. However, the Packers couldn't get anything going offensively in the second half,
which allowed the NY Giants to come back and win 27-22. The Packers fall to 3-2 with their loss.
Defense Fails to Force Turnovers In the first half, the Packers were able to force turnovers on three consecutive drives with big plays from their defensive line.
However, in the second half the defense had a much harder time getting off the field.
The Packers defense couldn't get off the field when it mattered most and allowed too many 3rd down conversions which allowed New York's offense to continue moving down the field.
Players Take Blame for Loss We just didn't execute well enough, said quarterback Aaron Rodgers. It was a game where we had our opportunities, but we just couldn't put it away.
The Packers will play their first game of the season against the San Francisco 49ers.
